Our policy allows for cancellation of staffing services up to 4 hours before the scheduled start time. To cancel staffing services, please contact the facility supervisor/Facility Manager] as soon as possible to ensure we have enough time to make any necessary adjustments. Payments are due depending on our contract with our clients, i.e. subject to specific payment terms such as net-30, net-60, or net-90.

To ensure timely payment and avoid any issues or misunderstandings we review the service agreement or contract carefully and to communicate with our clients and employees about our billing and payment policies. FCH is able to provide with detailed information on how we handle billing and payment for our staffing services, as well as any related fees or charges that may apply.
