3. Resumes, Profile, and Recommended Jobs:

By uploading a resume through the Site, you are requesting and authorizing First Connect Health to make available your resume to process your profile for the business proceedings. To mitigate fraud, First Connect Health may mask or hide your contact information, such as your email address and/or phone number, from your resume or application.

4. Applying to Jobs Through First Connect Health:

Any resume or application information that you submit through the Site, including Personal Data included in a resume, application or responses to screener questions and assessments (“First Connect Health Apply”), is subject to the Legal Agreement and to Company’s Privacy Policy. When you apply to a job, we will attempt to proceed the application immediately in our system. 5. Salary, Career, Hiring and Other Information Provided by First Connect Health:

Any and all actions, lawsuits, or other legal proceedings related to such Dispute shall be filed only in courts. Each of the Parties hereby consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the federal or state courts. 7. Class Action Waiver:
